為有效應(yīng)對當(dāng)前國際經(jīng)貿(mào)和產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的復(fù)雜形勢，從貿(mào)易、產(chǎn)業(yè)、法律相融合的角度共同研究和探討我國貿(mào)易摩擦和產(chǎn)業(yè)安全面臨的新形勢和新問題，商務(wù)部將在全國范圍內(nèi)開展第六屆中國貿(mào)易救濟(jì)與產(chǎn)業(yè)安全研究獎?wù)魑幕顒，并將?010年11月舉辦征文頒獎典禮暨主題研討活動。請各有關(guān)單位的法律和政策研究工作人員根據(jù)《第六屆中國貿(mào)易救濟(jì)與產(chǎn)業(yè)安全研究獎?wù)魑膯⑹隆罚ㄒ姼郊┓e極參與征文活動，于2010年8月15日前將論文交至我局，由我局統(tǒng)一報送征文活動組委會。</p>

<p> 為了推動應(yīng)對貿(mào)易摩擦和維護(hù)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全工作領(lǐng)域重點理論和實踐問題研究，促進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作，并為應(yīng)對貿(mào)易摩擦和維護(hù)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全工作建言獻(xiàn)策，“中國貿(mào)易救濟(jì)與產(chǎn)業(yè)安全研究獎”征文活動已經(jīng)成功舉辦了五屆，受到了全社會的大力支持和廣泛關(guān)注。第六屆征文活動將緊密結(jié)合后危機(jī)時代背景下的國際經(jīng)貿(mào)和產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的復(fù)雜形勢，從貿(mào)易、產(chǎn)業(yè)、法律相融合的角度共同研究和探討我國貿(mào)易救濟(jì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)安全工作面臨的新形勢和新問題。<br>
一、征文主題<br>
1．貿(mào)易救濟(jì)、貿(mào)易摩擦與產(chǎn)業(yè)安全<br>
2．知識產(chǎn)權(quán)與產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力提升<br>
3．外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展<br>
4．技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘策略選擇<br>
5．跨國并購與反壟斷<br>
6．全球化與區(qū)域貿(mào)易<br>
7．新貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義<br>
8．低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)安全<br>
二、征文要求<br>
1．觀點明確，內(nèi)容翔實，行文規(guī)范。<br>
2．作品正文以3000～8000字為宜，在提交論文正文的同時，須提交獨立的論文摘要和作者簡介；考慮到客觀、公正評比的需要，論文正文和論文摘要中均不得署名。同時提供第一作者簽署的作者聲明一份。<br>
3．征文投稿截止日期為2010年8月30日，以稿件的郵戳日期為準(zhǔn)。<br>
4．征文稿件須郵寄至北京百萬莊大街22號情報研究所中國貿(mào)易救濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)編輯部征文辦公室（郵編：100037），并將電子版發(fā)送到cacs_dc@mofcom.gov.cn。文字稿和電子版都需在主題中注明“征文”字樣。<br>
5．請自留底稿，文稿將不再退還。<br>
三、征文評獎事宜<br>
1．本次活動組委會將組織國內(nèi)知名專家進(jìn)行評選；<br>
2．評選將采取匿名形式，以確保評選的客觀、公正；<br>
3．組委會將對獲獎?wù)撐念C發(fā)證書和獎金。其中特等獎1名，獎金5000元；一等獎2名，獎金各3000元；二等獎７名，獎金各2000元；三等獎10名，獎金各1000元；優(yōu)秀獎15名，各獎勵《中國貿(mào)易救濟(jì)》全年期刊（400元）。此外，設(shè)征文活動組織獎３名，獎金各1000元。<br>
4．獲獎證書將加蓋中華人民共和國商務(wù)部印章。<br>
四、征文活動組織機(jī)構(gòu)第六屆征文活動組委會由商務(wù)部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、相關(guān)司局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和專家共同組成，并聘請經(jīng)貿(mào)、產(chǎn)業(yè)、法律等方面的知名專家組成征文評審委員會。征文具體事宜由產(chǎn)業(yè)損害調(diào)查局主辦，中國貿(mào)易救濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)承辦，《國際商報》、新浪財經(jīng)頻道協(xié)辦。<br>
